With original tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

Worn or washed items
How to Request a Return
Email us at [support@stynra.com] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at your cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appearin your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We’re happy to offer an exchange (subject toavailability). Just mention this in your return request.
